One of the great things about direct primary care (self-pay) is that your PPO insurance still covers things like lab work, medications, and even diagnostic tests! Take advantage of direct access to care locally! Call us with any questions. 

As part of your service sign-up, we encourage you to enter your insurance information now so your profile is ready once we begin accepting insurance plans.

We have made some progress!!! For behavioral health/psychiatry, we have been approved for Optum Florida, Florida Medicaid, Florida Medicare, Veterans Affairs Community Health Program, Tricare East, Aetna, Oscar, and AvMed Health Plans. 

For the medical side, Florida Medicaid, Florida Medicare, Tricare East, Veterans Affairs Community Health Program, and United Healthcare have been approved, even though there are still more steps to finish the process; it will happen soon! More insurance approvals are on their way, stay tuned!!
 

Insurance Network Update

ThriveWell Medical Center is working to become in-network with additional local employer insurance plans, including those connected with Collier County Public Schools and the Collier County Sheriff’s Office.

At this time, network participation is pending due to specific credentialing requirements related to physician supervision, even though Florida recognizes eligible nurse practitioners as autonomous providers.

While we continue working toward expanded insurance participation, we offer affordable self-pay options so patients in Immokalee, Ave Maria, and surrounding communities can continue accessing care without delay.
