At ThriveWell Medical Center, we are committed to providing transparent, high-quality healthcare services. This Refund Policy outlines our terms for refunds related to both subscription plans and one-time visits.
🔹 1. One-Time Visits
Payment for one-time telehealth or in-home visits is due at the time of booking. Refunds for these services will be issued under the following conditions:

Full Refund: If the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

Partial Refund (50%): If the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, unless an emergency is documented.

No Refund: For missed appointments or no-shows without notice.

🔹 2. Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. Patients may cancel their subscription with 60 days’ written notice to avoid charges for future billing cycles.

Refunds are not issued for unused visits within the monthly plan.

Visits that exceed the plan allowance may be billed at our standard visit rate.
Note: If a billing error or duplicate charge occurs, please notify us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
🔹 3. Cancellations by ThriveWell
In the rare event that ThriveWell Medical Center must cancel a visit and cannot reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund or credit for the service will be offered.
